WORK WITH ME
I offer 1:1 integrative wellbeing coaching using a range of holistic and intuitive tools to help you create meaningful change within your life. Root and Balnce was created through my own experience of working naturally with health, wellbeing, and mindset, and also my desire to support others in developing awareness, balance and sustainable change within their lives.
TOOLS + APPROACHES
There are a variety of tools and approaches that may be used to support you. Whether you are looking to relieve ongoing symptoms, work through a specific challenge, or move towards a personal goal.
Sessions are tailored around your individual needs, drawing on integrative methods that work with physical, mental emotional and inner wellbeing as a whole.
HOW I WORK
Root and Balance is centred around cultivating awareness and understand your own body, mind and inner processes, supporting you to build healthy foundations that you can adapt and return to over time. This work is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgemental, allowing space for reflection, exploration and gradual change.
WHERE I CAN HELP YOU
